(collectively referred to as the "Courses"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the Courses.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Mee Zan Plas, LLC is an educational company providing online courses designed to help individuals organize and prepare for the divorce process. The Courses are based on personal experience and organizational methodologies and do NOT constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

4. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion without prior notice.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the designated payment methods provided on our website.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Courses, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any issues will result in termination of your access to the Courses.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the Courses in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are prohibited from:

Mee Zan Plas, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss, legal outcomes, or emotional distress resulting from the use of the Courses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Courses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Course in question.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mee Zan Plas, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Courses, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our courses will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
Key Arbitration Terms:
Location: Arbitration will take place in Weld County, Colorado, unless both parties agree otherwise.
Arbitrator: A neutral third-party arbitrator will be selected under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Final Decision: The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, with limited rights of appeal.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if the claims qualify under local jurisdictional limits.
You Agree That:
You waive your right to a jury trial.
You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.
All disputes will be resolved individually between you and Mee Zan Plas, LLC.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mee Zan Plas, LLC regarding the Courses and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
